Corey has spent his entire career in real estate and brings a wide range of deal experience. Prior to joining Associates, he worked in commercial real estate with Equity’s market strategy team, advising healthcare clients on site selection, deal negotiation, and portfolio management. He also served as National Expansion Manager for AvantStay, a $160M, series B startup based out of Los Angeles, which holds a portfolio of 1,000+ high-end vacation rentals.

Over his career, Corey has helped complete $80M+ of real estate transactions across a variety of property types, and is well-suited to serve a range of clients. He holds a joint BA in Honors Economics and Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and is a licensed agent in Ohio and New York. Corey has called Columbus home since moving here in 2001.

Corey enjoys spending time with his wife Logan and son Jonathan, and can often be found at a hockey rink or jogging along the Olentangy Trail.
