Nate is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He currently serves as the head of the commercial real estate division for Associates Realty and the Director of Real Estate for Ohio Mulch in Columbus, OH.  Nate started his career in real estate at Continental Realty, where he concentrated his efforts on retail leasing.  He then worked in the global real estate division for JPMorgan Chase where he was a financial controller, being responsible for more than 6,000 Chase Bank/ATM leases throughout the United States.  Nate then spent four years as an Asset Manager and Investor Relations Manager for Equity Commercial Real Estate.  He was responsible for managing a portfolio of over $450M, comprised of mostly medical office and retail assets.  Additionally, he was responsible for managing over 150 investors.  He uses his extensive knowledge and experience in the industry to help clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments and owner-occupied properties.  Nate's expertise in sales, leasing, asset management, accounting, market analysis and contract negotiation has made him a respected figure in the real estate community.
